2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
Flight request data
- Departure airport, destination airport, desired schedule, passenger count.
- Your name and contact information (phone / WhatsApp / email).
We collect this through the “Get instant quote” form and via direct contact (WhatsApp, call, email).
Operational / trip data
- Special requests (catering, ground transfer, urgency).
- VIP/security needs, luggage notes, etc.
This is needed to coordinate a private jet movement safely and efficiently.
Communication data
- Messages you send us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the request form.
Technical / analytics data (only if you consent)
- IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, time on site, referring source.
- Marketing/advertising identifiers (e.g. Meta Pixel, ad tracking) if enabled.
These are only loaded if you accept non-essential cookies. By law we must ask for clear, specific, informed, unambiguous consent before using non-essential cookies or trackers.
We also collect newsletter / marketing subscription data:
- Name
- Your role / use case (for example: Executive, PA / Assistant, Athlete / Talent)
- Your explicit marketing consent and timestamp
We use this to send aviation insights, last-minute aircraft availability, commercial offers, and early access to premium material. This data is only collected if you actively opt in.
We do not intentionally request or process special category data such as health information, unless you actively provide it because it is essential for the flight (for example, medical evacuation suitability). If you give us that data, you are authorizing us to use it to arrange the service you asked for.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental/guardian approval. apda.ad

D. Marketing and analytics (optional)
Purpose: understand demand patterns, improve our service, retarget high-intent visitors.

4. Who we share data with
We may share your data with:
- Licensed air operators / aircraft owners for the purpose of quoting and operating the flight you requested.
- Handling agents, catering providers, chauffeurs or security teams when you ask for such arrangements.
- Payment / billing providers, to confirm and process payment for a confirmed flight.
- IT / hosting / analytics / email service providers that support our website, newsletter and communication systems.
- Email marketing provider (Mailchimp): We use Mailchimp to manage our email list, send updates and record proof of consent. Mailchimp is a US-based marketing automation platform that provides GDPR-focused tools such as consent tracking, custom opt-in fields and (optional) double opt-in confirmation.
We only share the minimum information required to deliver what you asked for. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International data transfers
We operate from Andorra. Andorra’s data protection law (Qualified Law 29/2021) is aligned with the EU GDPR, and the EU has issued an adequacy decision for Andorra. In simple terms, the EU considers Andorra to have an adequate level of data protection, so EU/EEA personal data can legally be sent to us in Andorra.
We may also transfer personal data to trusted service providers located outside Andorra and the EU/EEA, for example Mailchimp in the United States, in order to send marketing emails and manage consent records. Mailchimp currently relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses to receive EU/EEA personal data in the United States. The EU General Court confirmed in September 2025 that the EU–US Data Privacy Framework remains valid, which means (for now) certified US companies can lawfully receive EU personal data.
Because regulators in Europe continue to monitor and challenge US data-transfer mechanisms, we also review our provider contracts and safeguards (for example, encryption and SCCs) and we may change providers if the legal framework changes.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Flight / quote requests: we typically keep these for operational, regulatory, and safety reasons, including potential audits and incident reconstruction.
- Billing / transaction records: we keep these as long as required by applicable accounting and aviation rules.
- Marketing / newsletter data: kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Cookies / analytics identifiers: stored according to the durations described in our Cookie Policy. We periodically review and refresh consent, in line with European guidance recommending renewal at reasonable intervals (e.g. ~24 months). Finreg360+1
We securely delete, anonymise, or aggregate data once it is no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Under Andorran Law 29/2021 and the GDPR-style framework that applies to us, you have the right to:
- Access: ask for a copy of your data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”) under certain conditions.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability: request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection: object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent: when we rely on consent (e.g. newsletter, marketing cookies), you can withdraw it at any time. Clym.io+2apda.ad+2
To exercise any of these rights, email: contact@jetwithcasas.com.
Please include enough information for us to identify you and the request.
You also have the right to complain to the APDA (Andorran Data Protection Agency), or to your local authority if you are based in the EU/EEA. apda.ad+1
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. Sensitive trip information is only shared with vetted aviation partners who need it to operate the requested flight.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we identify a data breach that creates a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you and the relevant data protection authority when legally required.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, our services, or our internal practices. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date below.
