1. About this Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how JetWith.Casas (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on this website.
We follow the requirements of:
- Andorra’s Qualified Personal Data Protection Law 29/2021 (LQPD) and guidance from the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
- EU/EEA rules on cookies and tracking (ePrivacy + GDPR-style consent), because we offer services to travellers and corporate clients in the European Union and we analyse traffic from there.
In plain terms:
- Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work load immediately.
- Anything else (analytics, advertising, tracking, retargeting, etc.) is blocked until you give us explicit, informed, unambiguous consent. “Keep browsing = yes” is NOT valid consent under APDA.
- You can “Reject all” as easily as “Accept all”, and you can change your mind later. This is mandatory under APDA and EU regulators.
We use CookieYes (a consent management platform) to present the cookie banner, block non-essential cookies before consent, log consent, and let you revisit your choices.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can make websites work, improve security, remember your preferences, or track how you browse.
We also use similar technologies like pixels and scripts (for example, Meta Pixel or analytics tags). In this Cookie Policy we call all of them “cookies”.
3. Types of cookies we use
a) Strictly Necessary Cookies (Essential / Technical)
These cookies are needed for basic operation and security of the site (for example, load the page, protect forms against spam, remember that you submitted a request).
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional website / performance of a service you requested.
Consent required? No. APDA and EU guidance allow loading these without consent. apda.ad+1
b) Analytics / Performance Cookies (Non-essential)
These cookies help us understand which pages visitors look at, where visitors come from, how long they stay, etc.
This may include tools like Google Analytics or similar.
Consent required? Yes. We will only set these cookies after you click “Accept” in the banner. Datages+4apda.ad+4apda.ad+4
c) Marketing / Advertising Cookies (Non-essential)
These cookies (for example Meta / Facebook Pixel or ad platforms) let us:
- measure the effectiveness of our ads,
- build audiences for remarketing,
- show relevant offers to decision-makers (executives, assistants, talent).
Consent required? Yes. We cannot run these unless you accept them. APDA guidance says consent must be free, informed, specific and unambiguous, and “reject” must be as accessible as “accept”. Datages+4apda.ad+4apda.ad+4
4. Cookie banner and consent
When you first land on our site you will see a cookie banner.
That banner will:
- Clearly explain what categories of cookies we want to use and why.
- Give you an “Accept all” button.
- Give you a “Reject all” button with equal visibility and similar effort.
- Give you a “Settings” / “Customize” option where you can allow specific categories (e.g. allow analytics but not marketing).
This structure (accept / reject / settings) is required for consent to be valid under Andorran APDA guidance and EU practice. Hiding “Reject” or forcing long click paths is considered non-compliant / a “dark pattern”.
Important:
- We do not treat “scrolling”, “continuing to browse”, or “closing the banner” as consent. That is explicitly called out as not valid. apda.ad+1
- We will not block the entire site behind a “cookie wall” unless we offer a truly equivalent alternative without tracking, which is something APDA and EU regulators watch closely. apda.ad+1
5. Managing and withdrawing consent later
At any time you can change or withdraw your consent:
- Use the “Cookie Settings” / “Privacy” floating icon that CookieYes places on the site, or
- Email us at contact@jetwithcasas.com.
Under APDA guidance and EU guidance, withdrawal of consent must be as easy as giving it, free of penalty.
If you withdraw consent, we will stop using those non-essential cookies going forward. Already-stored cookies may remain on your device until they expire; you can also clear them via your browser settings.
6. Cookies currently in use
